Staybridge Suites
Part of the Privatization of Army Lodging (PAL) Program, Lendlease is the owner, developer, design-builder and asset manager for the Staybridge Suites on Fort Belvoir and the exclusive developer for the Department of Defense's only lodging privatization program. IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group) is the hotel operator.
Project outcome
The Staybridge Suites is a 141-room, extended-stay model hotel that features a variety of amenities tailored to meet the unique needs of today's military traveler including:
