Stockton College Campus Center
The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey selected Lendlease to provide program management services for its new Campus Center.
Project outcome
This new Campus Center is approximately 154,000 square feet consisting of a cafeteria, conference rooms, meeting rooms, theater, multi-purpose rooms, bookstore, cafes, bursar's office, game rooms, and other student activities and organization rooms.
The project had two phases; the first phase included all site utilities and relocation of existing utilities to allow for the new building. The second phase was the main campus center project.
The project achieved LEED-NC Gold certification.
