Trump International Hotel & Tower
Located at 401 North Wabash, the site of the old Chicago Sun-Times building, Trump International Hotel & Tower consists of 2.6 million square feet and reaches 1,388 feet into the Chicago skyline (1,388 feet, 6 inches from the riverwalk to the spire) making it the tallest building in Chicago since the Willis Tower (formerly Sears Tower) in 1974, the 18th tallest completed building in the world and one of the tallest reinforced concrete buildings in the world.

The building encompasses 286 hotel suites, 53 spa suites, 486 condominiums, 100,000 square feet of retail, 1,000 parking spaces and a public park and riverwalk.
The Trump International Hotel & Tower was erected on an approximately 2.6 acre site in which 1 acre consists of the high rise building and the remaining 1.6 acre is dedicated to landscaped area. In addition, Lendlease managed the one-acre reconstruction of the Wabash Avenue Viaduct.
