In partnership with the Department of Defense (DoD) through the Military Housing Privatization Initiative (MHPI), we’ve created more than 40,000 residential units, including Unaccompanied Personnel Housing apartments. Lendlease holds 50-year commitments for the ongoing maintenance and management of the properties in its portfolios.
