Last year’s inaugural ESG Databook launched with our environmental performance data. This included Carbon Emissions, Energy, Electricity, Fuels, Gas, Water and Waste, in addition to our cumulative TCFD (Taskforce for Climate-related Financial Disclosure) reporting.
This year, the ESG Databook has been expanded to speak more holistically to how we manage our Environmental, Social and Governance topics at Lendlease. Additional ESG categories addressed in the FY22 ESG Databook include:
• Health & Safety
• Social Value Opportunities
• Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
• Employee Engagement
• Talent Management
• Board Diversity
• Executive Pay
The Databook has been designed to help consolidate our ESG data in one easy to navigate place, with an aim to provide clear and transparent reporting on the important sub-categories of ESG and the way in which we manage them at Lendlease. Summary tabs for the E, S and G themes have been incorporated to provide quick and easy links to related public policies, datasets and identification of which Board Committees have governance oversight of the various agendas.
The ESG Databook provides an aggregated view of ESG topics by region and business line for the financial year ending 30 June 2022, with FY18 through FY21 historical data where available.
