Rising above North Sydney’s new metro station, Victoria Cross is planned to be a vibrant new commercial and retail precinct.
Located at the epicentre of 'a new North Sydney', Victoria Cross Station offers connectivity like never before. It's a place that's easily accessible no matter which part of the city you're travelling from or what mode of transport you choose. Just three minutes from Barangaroo and five minutes from Martin Place using the metro, Victoria Cross will be a natural extension of the CBD.
North Sydney is poised to transform into a 18-hour a day drinking, dining and recreation hotspot just minutes from Sydney's CBD. With direct access to the Metro, the Victoria Cross retail and dining precinct will be at the heart of this new work, live and play economy.
Designed by Bates Smart to facilitate collaboration and innovation with a range of third spaces, you will find dynamic and flexible workplace options for your people. Reaching 42 storeys high, this premium grade commercial office tower offers views across Sydney Harbour to the CBD and beyond.
Victoria Cross has been created with health, wellbeing and sustainability at its core. Victoria Cross is a net zero carbon building, powered by 100% renewable energy. Designed to be resilient to the impacts of climate change, Victoria Cross is targeting Platinum WELL and a 6 Star Green Star.
